Are you a licensed mental health professional looking to create a meaningful impact in a private practice setting? Do you value flexibility, fair compensation, and the chance to truly connect with your clients? My private practice might just be the perfect fit for you.

I am not just building a team—I am building a community. A place where therapists feel supported, encouraged, and valued for the life-changing work they do.

Who I’m Looking For

I am looking for exceptional therapists who are:

  • Empathetic: You have a genuine gift for making clients feel seen and heard.

  • Authentic and direct: You provide honest guidance that’s grounded in compassion.

  • Equality-focused: You’re passionate about creating an inclusive space for everyone.

  • Multitalented: Familiarity with therapeutic approaches like Intersectional Feminist Therapy, ACT, CBT, DBT, or IFS is a huge plus.

  • Warm and funny: A good sense of humor goes a long way toward connecting with clients and team members alike!

If you’re someone who loves the idea of joining a like-minded group of professionals dedicated to growth and equality, I’d love to hear from you!

About my private practice:

I specialize in supporting adults (18+) navigating challenges like anxiety, depression, ADHD, past trauma, codependency, and relationship issues. I am proud to create an affirming space for LGBTQIA+ individuals and uphold a commitment to racial justice in everything I do.

My practice operates in two states: Virginia and Missouri. Whether you’re nearby or miles away, I have created a model that works for therapists and clients alike.

Here’s What You’ll Love About Joining Me

  • Set Your Schedule: Want to work 20-25 hours of direct client sessions a week? Want it fully remote or hybrid? No problem. If you’re near Manassas, VA, or Kansas City, MO, I even have in-person office space for your use.

  • Support Without Micromanagement: I’ll give you the tools to thrive—weekly meetings, virtual assistant support (if needed), and the option to learn billing/administrative tasks to prep for running your own practice someday.

  • Community Connection: You’re never alone here. I prioritize fostering relationships between peers to create a team-oriented environment—even from afar.

  • Growth Opportunities: Whether you’re just starting in private practice or want to sharpen your skills, I am here to help you.

What You’ll Bring

  • You’re licensed as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD.

  • You’re licensed in Virginia and open to licensing in Washington, DC—or licensed in Missouri and open to licensing in Kansas.

  • You’re organized, ethical, and understand the importance of timely notes and confidentiality.

  • Private practice experience and familiarity with Intersectional Feminist Therapy are awesome bonuses but not must-haves!
